Hit Or Miss : Nicole Richie In Rabbit Lace Hair Band!

Nicole Richie knows how to have fun on the red carpet and otherwise. Her recent look at the Cadillac’s 50 Most Fashionable Women Of 2013 Event, was definitely a confirmation.
Well.. take a look..

Her outfit featured a 1920′s flapper style dress worn over black leather skinnies and a Maison Michel Rabbit Ears Lace Hair-Band.
I was thinking Halloween when I saw it, but then again, could this be a hot trend??
Other stars  including the Olsen Twins, and Lady Gaga (of course) have rocked the trend..
