Classy Or Trashy : Laura Govan's Dress!

This past weekend, former Basketball Wives: LA star Laura Govan celebrated her birthday with a Playboy-themed mansion party put together by her hubby-to-be Gilbert Arenas, and the celebs were out. What stood out the most was her saucy Michael Costello white dress.
