Who Rocked The Cape better, Rita Or Gwyneth??

These Nigerian designers sure copy well..
Gwyneth Paltrow wore this cape dress last year at the Oscars, designed by Tom Ford. Two nights ago, Rita Dominic rocked a blue version designed by Ugonna Omeruo.
