Fashion police host Kelly Osbourne recently showed off her custom made Tiffany ring via instagram.
She recently confirmed that she's been engaged to vegan baker, 29 year old Matthew Mosshart for 6 months.

"I designed it to look like an earring my father wore when I was little", she told US Weekly.
The 28 year old chose to keep the engagement secret until it was ready.
