Hot Or Not? Rocsi Diaz's Shorts!

This Fashion Week has been real, exciting, I'll say. We see the creativity come out of these stars!
Former 106 and Park host, Rossi Diaz, was spotted spotted heading into the Lincoln Center to catch a few runway shows while wearing this head-turning outfit. Take a look..
